• Device or notification identifier, such as a push notification token, for app notifications
• Precise location information only when hotel-area verification is enabled and the user grants location permission

The information collected through the application is used only for application functionality, including:

• Submitting guest service requests to the hotel
• Identifying the guest room related to a request
• Allowing hotel staff to process guest requests
• Sending service-related notifications when enabled
• Verifying whether the user is within the hotel area when location verification is active

3. Location Data

The application may request precise location permission only if the hotel has enabled location verification for guest services. Location data is used temporarily to check whether the user is within the hotel area. Location data is not used for advertising, marketing or tracking purposes.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent or share user personal data with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes. Information submitted through the application is used by the hotel only to provide and manage guest services.

5. Data Security

Data is transmitted using secure connections where applicable. We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect user information against unauthorized access, loss or misuse.

6. Data Retention

Guest request information may be stored in the hotel management panel for service tracking, operational records and support purposes. Location information used for hotel-area verification is processed temporarily and is not used for long-term tracking.

7. User Choices

Users may choose whether to provide optional information such as an e-mail address. Users may also allow or deny location permission through their device settings. If location permission is denied while location verification is active, some guest service features may not be available.

8. Children

The application is not specifically directed to children. Guest service features are intended for hotel guests and are used in relation to a hotel stay.
